About Shanita
Welcome! I’m Shanita Campbell, founder of Notable Notary Service, LLC.
I believe great service is about more than stamping documents, it’s about giving people confidence during important moments. Whether you’re signing acknowledgements, powers of attorney, or business forms, my goal is to make the process simple, accurate, and stress-free.
I started Notable Notary Service, LLC because I genuinely enjoy serving people and making a difference in my community. Throughout my career in finance, trust operations, and client service, I’ve learned that trust is earned through consistency, attention to detail, and treating every person with respect. Those same values are the foundation of my work as a commissioned Michigan Notary Public.
As your notary, I verify identities, confirm each signer is willing to sign, and ensure every notarization is completed in accordance with Michigan law. Just as important, I take the time to create a professional, comfortable experience from beginning to end.
I know every document tells a story. Whether it’s the purchase of a new home, planning for the future, or an important business decision, I’m honored to play a small part in those moments.
I notarize a wide variety of documents, including affidavits, acknowledgments, jurats, powers of attorney, and other important legal forms. To make the process as convenient as possible, I offer flexible scheduling and mobile notary services, meeting clients at their home, workplace, healthcare facility, or another mutually agreed-upon public location.
“My goal isn’t simply to notarize your documents, it’s to provide an experience that leaves you feeling confident, informed, and valued. Thank you for considering Notable Notary Service, LLC. I look forward to earning your trust and serving you with excellence.”
